Teaford Company was formed in 1996 to provide engineering services to the Forest Products Industry. The engineering services supplied included environmental and energy systems for wood fired boilers, lumber drykilns and direct fired energy systems for sawmills, plywood mills, oriented strand board and siding mills. The company profile has grown to include manufacturing of biomass fired energy systems, fuel handling systems, electrical generation equipment, lumber drying equipment, technical support, field services and turn-key installations.

Our customer base increased over the years, and as we grew, a construction company, Teaford Construction, LLC was formed. This company is able to provide field erection service of our systems as well as providing service to our customers' existing systems. Teaford Construction, LLC provides mechanical construction capability with seasoned construction managers, construction supervisors and field hands. Our construction team has many years of refractory experience as well as experience with mechanical erection of furnaces, boilers and thermal oil heaters.

To serve our customers better, we have established Teaford Canada in Vancouver. We have also expanded our engineering and service capabilities to a Teaford office in Portland, Oregon.
